When we were looking for a headstone for our father, we visited a few stonemasons, but none felt quite right until we walked into R.Munday & Son. My mother, sister and I were warmly welcomed by Debbie and instantly knew this was the place for us. She was incredibly patient, kind and helpful, guiding us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed. Debbie really listened and understood what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Even when we changed our mind after seeing the initial sketch, she was completely accommodating and made sure we were totally happy. The finished headstone was absolutely beautiful - the quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. We had hoped it might be ready by Father’s Day, even though we knew it would be a big ask, and thanks to Debbie's dedication, it was. We're so grateful to R.Munday & Son and couldn't recommend them more highly.

We replaced our mother's memorial and had a black granite memorial made for both our parents. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was perfect. Our family would like to thank Mr Munday and staff members for the work they did. Over 30 years ago Mr Munday Snr laid our mother's memorial, and now with our father laid to rest with our mother, Mr Munday Snr's son as completed the final task with a beautiful memorial, that displays excellent workmanship. In what has been the worst year of my life Munday and Son were there to catch me . Joe talked me through taking over the ownership of a grave, as my sister was the owner, but she passed very unexpectedly in September. Once done he helped me with all the remaining paperwork for my parents grave stone and surround , we lost Dad in April. Nothing was too much trouble and I really could not have done it without them . I received an email on Friday saying the grave was done . It is beautiful. The workmanship is simply outstanding. I cannot thank Joe and Mundays enough. ( Nunley )
